【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtobeusedforcalibrationandcharacterizationofprimaryterrestrial,siliconphotovoltaicreferencecellstotheglobalreferencespectralirradiancedistributiondefinedbyTablesE892.TherecommendedphysicalrequirementsforthesereferencecellsaredescribedinSpecificationE1040.Referencecellsareprincipallyusedinthedeterminationoftheelectricalperformanceofaphotovoltaicdevice.Primaryglobalreferencecellsarecalibratedoutdoorsinnaturalsunlightbyreferencetoapyranometerthatisusedtomeasuretheglobalirradiance.Thistestmethodappliesonlytothecalibrationofaphotovoltaiccellwhichdemonstratesalinearshort-circuitcurrentversusirradiancecharacteristicoveritsintendedrangeofuse,asdefinedinTestMethodE1143.Thistestmethodappliesonlytothecalibrationofsingle-orpoly-crystallinesiliconreferencecellsthathavebeenfabricatedwithasinglephotovoltaicjunction.ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
